Tri-Tech Pinnacle Group Acquires BC Firm Inter-Provincial Roof Consultants
Acquisition makes Tri-Tech Pinnacle Group fully bi-coastal, with satellite offices and staff across Canada
TORONTO, September 14th, 2022 – Tri-Tech Pinnacle Group (TTPG), Roof and Building Envelope Consultants, announced today that it has acquired Inter-Provincial Roof Consultants (IPRC) based in Vancouver, British Columbia. TTPG is now officially a bi-coastal company, with its head office in the Greater Toronto Area and satellite offices serving every region across Canada.
TTPG has been serving clients in British Columbia since 2018. Jake Skinner, RRO, President of TTPG, worked at an engineering firm in Vancouver for several years. “Having lived in Vancouver, I have always loved BC and the variety of projects and challenges the west coast brings. My team is excited to strengthen our ties in the province and continue to support local clients, contractors and associations,” said Skinner.
Sean Lang, IPRC’s previous owner, was succession planning for his retirement and felt TTPG was a natural fit to take over his business due to their past working relationship. TTPG’s experience in the industry and Vancouver market will continue to build upon the legacy of IPRC.
